Precision Meat Cutting for Your Wild Game Harvest

With 30 years of experience, Smith Bros. Meats in Colby, Wisconsin is available to provide all of your, year round, venison and wild game processing needs! With your wild game, we can provide steaks, chops and roasts! 

We can process a variety of wild game to create a large assortment of fresh or smoked sausage. We require a 25lb minimum batch for all sausage products, excluding jerky and bacon.
10 lb. Minimum Batch - Jerky and Bacon
15 lb. Minimum Batch - Brats, Polish Sausage, Kielbasa, Mettwurst, Bologna, Skinless Wieners, Natural Casing Wieners, Links, Patties, Meatloaf, Hot Pepper Sticks, Ham and Cheese Sticks, BBQ Pepper Cheddar Sticks, Honey BBQ Sticks, Honey Ham Sticks, and Colby Smokies.
17 lb. Minimum Batch - Summer Sausage, Hot Sticks, Jalapeno Sticks, Beef Sticks and Landjaegers.

(17lbs. of your wild game, plus an additional 8lbs. of our pork/beef is what would be needed to make a 25lb. batch. 15lbs of wild game, plus an additional 10lbs. of pork/beef is what would be needed to make a 25lb. batch. Deer Donation Program

We will be accepting deer for donation for our local food pantries again this year. We do not accept any deer from CWD counties. We cannot accept a car killed deer, deer harvested from another state or game farm deer.

The following counties require testing: Dodge, Dunn, Fond Du Lac, Green Lake, Kenosha, Lincoln, Marathon, Marquette, Milwaukee, Monroe, Oconto, Oneida, Portage, Racine, Shawano, Sheboygan, Vilas, Washington, Wood, Adams, Columbia, Crawford, Dane, Eau Claire, Grant, Green, Iowa, Jefferson, Juneau, Lafayette, Richland, Rock, Sauk, Vernon, Walworth and Waukesha.

January 8, 2023 is the last day to accept donated deer.

 


A $50 deposit is required on all wild game processing.
There will be a loss of weight due to the smoking process.
You're being billed on the starting weight. Prices subject to change without notification.
You can add beef in place of pork but there will be a price increase.
